Ihre persönlichen Daten & Versandprobleme....     Was passiert wenn die Post nicht ankommt? Es ist noch nie vorgekommen, daß Post verlorengegangen ist. Die Post ist sehr zuverlässig geworden und jeder Brief, besonders registrierte Einschreiben können per "Track&Trace" genau verfolgt werden und somit nicht verloren gehen! Falls dennoch mal ein Brief länger dauert (idR dauert es 2-4 Werktage nach USA/CA), senden Sie uns bitte eine Email an:   Wie lange bewahren Sie meine Bestellung auf und was passiert mit meinen Daten? Alle Bestellungen werden max 3 Monate aufbewahrt und dann gelöscht! - Falls Sie bis dahin keine Zahlung geleistet haben, erinnern wir Sie 1-2x in diesem Zeitraum. Falls Sie Ihre Meinung geändert haben sollten, wären wir dankbar für eine kurze Rückmeldung damit unsere Mailbox nicht überläuft. - Falls Sie Ihre Zahlung schon geleistet haben, speichern wir natürlich Ihre Daten für Support. Das Datenschutzgesetz untersagt es Ihre Daten an Dritte weiterzugeben! Fehlerhafte oder fehlende Personendaten bei der Bestellung Achten Sie bitte bei der Überweisung darauf, daß die Namens- und Adressangabe im Bank-Verwendungszweck/Paypal mit denen im Bestellformular übereinstimmen! Die Daten Ihres Freundes, der Ihre Überweisung tätigt, kennen wir nicht, es sei denn Sie weisen uns im Bestellformular daraufhin!     Problems, shipping delay, your personal datas....     What happens if mail does not arrive? It has worldwide never happened that mail got lost! The Postal Services are very reliable and mostly are able to "track&trace" each item and find it back easily! A registered letter cannot get lost! But if it really happens, or if it takes longer than 1 week (usually it takes about 2-3 days to ship to USA/CA), please be patient and consider delays in certain regions like South America, Asia or Africa! However, let us know at   How long do you store my order, and what happens with my datas? All orders will be kept for a max of 3 months and then deleted! - If you have sent an order but no payment approximately at the same time, we´ll remind you once or twice in the next weeks again. However, if you changed your mind, we appreciate letting us know to delete your order from our inbox. - If you have already made a payment, we then have to store your datas for support, of course. Due to a strict law, all datas will be kept private and won´t be provided to anyone else! Wrong or missing personal datas If your make a money transfer or paypal transaction, please make sure that YOUR datas on the orderform are identic with datas on your banktransfer (do not provide the name of a friend, we dont know him, unless you use the messagefield on the orderform to provide us with additional infos, if somebody else makes the payment for you!
